An espresso collection of three coffees balanced for sweetness, body and complexity: Ethiopia Hambela (fruity, medium body), New York Blend (rich, low acidity) and São Paulo Blend (nutty, heavy body). 3 × 250 g, for straight shots and milk drinks.

Espresso: 18 g of coffee for about 36 g in the cup, in 25–30 seconds. Grind fine; adjust a step finer if it runs fast.
