Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge until we start preparing it. Call us as soon as possible at +995 593 65 09 54. Café drinks are made to order, so once a drink is being prepared it can no longer be cancelled.
Returning coffee beans and accessories
You can return unopened coffee bags, boxes and accessories within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, as provided by the consumer protection law of Georgia. To keep the coffee safe and fresh, opened bags can’t be returned unless they are faulty. Food and drinks prepared at the café can’t be returned.
Something wrong with your order?
If a product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered or is faulty, tell us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. A photo helps us sort it out quickly.
Refunds
We refund the price of the returned products — and the delivery cost if the order was faulty — within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used. Orders paid in cash are refunded in cash at the café or by bank transfer.
