Colombia — Cauca

The depth Cauca is known for: bold cacao balanced by a touch of caramel, with notes of chocolate, citrus and blackberry. Grown at 1,800–2,000 m and naturally processed. The airtight bag keeps the beans fresh until you brew.

V60: 15 g of coffee, 250 ml of water at 93 °C, about 3 minutes. Grind medium-fine, like sea salt.
