Our Hambela lot roasted for espresso: rich and layered, with white flowers, blueberry, raisin and chocolate. Great as a fruity shot or in milk drinks.

Espresso: 18 g of coffee for about 36 g in the cup, in 25–30 seconds. Grind fine; adjust a step finer if it runs fast.
