São Paulo — Blend

Brazil’s range of flavour in one blend: light sweetness, gentle bitterness and a tropical touch, with nuts and sweet citrus, low acidity and a creamy body. Castillo and Catuaí. Works for espresso and for slower filter brewing.

V60: 15 g of coffee, 250 ml of water at 93 °C, about 3 minutes. Grind medium-fine, like sea salt.
