Ethiopia — Oraga

Floral and fruity Guji coffee that moves from blackcurrant through orange to peach. Heirloom varieties grown at 1,900–2,200 m, natural process. A clean, fruit-forward filter cup.

V60: 15 g of coffee, 250 ml of water at 93 °C, about 3 minutes. Grind medium-fine, like sea salt.
